> Develop a Strategic Enrollment Management plan to balance the dual goals of creating the best possible student experience while meeting institutional revenue needs.

> Refresh Yestermorrow’s institutional identity to better reflect its fundamental ethos and contemporary relevance.

> Identify best practices for the integrated use of public relations, admissions services, and marketing activities to consistently meet enrollment targets.

 

ENERGY

> Reorganize curricular offerings based on explicit criteria including alignment with mission, caliber of content, impact on facilities, and student demand.

> Update images, text, and design of institutional communications to sharpen Yestermorrow’s identity as a progressive educational organization that addresses contemporary issues in the built environment.

> Implement a customer-service based admissions office supported by a an efficient data-management system.

 

MOMENTUM

>Facilitate ongoing discussion with staff, interns, and other organizational stakeholders to address and achieve strategic goals.

> Design and produce marketing materials such as new catalog, program brochures, and registration packages and distribute these to targeted audiences.

> Create a storytelling strategy using a suite of social media tools and platforms to generate excitement for the Yestermorrow community.
